Devil’s Food Cookies
Yields about 5 dozen cookies.
1 (18.5-ounce) package devil’s food cake mix without pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups chocolate chips (semi sweet)
Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop batter by teaspoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets and cool completely on wire racks.
